At Artro Talent, we believe great talent deserves great representation. Founded in 2025, we are a boutique agency with a fresh yet deeply rooted understanding of the theatre industry, shaped by over 19 years of hands-on experience both onstage and behind the scenes.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Every performer we represent is unique, and so is the path we carve out for them. Whether you have dreams of being in the West End, on screen in commercials and TV shows or want to explore the world on major cruise lines, our mission is simple: to get you in the room and help you thrive once you’re there.
Artro Talent is built around a genuine personal approach to representation. Every client works directly with the agency director, never through assistants, receiving prompt daily communication, thoughtful career guidance, and proactive representation. Every self-tape is personally reviewed and noted before submission, audition material is discussed in advance and we actively push for our clients when we know they are the right fit for a role. Alongside this, in the first week of signing, every client receives a comprehensive Spotlight profile overhaul, repertoire guidance, showreel edits and trusted headshot photographer recommendations ensuring you're presented in the strongest possible position for every opportunity.
Pairing this with strong relationships with casting directors across the industry, we offer more than just representation, we offer guidance, care and strategy. From selecting the perfect headshots, editing showreels, navigating auditions and supporting your mental wellbeing.

DAN JAMES
DIRECTOR & SENIOR AGENT
With an international career spanning over 19 years, Dan brings a wealth of experience and insight to the entertainment industry.
His performance credits include iconic productions such as Wicked (Apollo Victoria, West End), Matilda (International Tour), and We Will Rock You (Royal Caribbean).
He has also worked extensively across the global cruise entertainment sector with Royal Caribbean, Princess Cruises, Celebrity, Seabourn, and P&O Australia.
Over the last 8 years he has also worked for some of London's biggest casting directors as a casting assistant and a casting runner, forming strong connections and gaining valuable insight into the industry.
Now stepping into a new chapter, Dan is dedicated to shaping the future of artists using his deep industry expertise to guide, develop, and elevate the next generation of talent.
